As a SynMed® customer, you should expect top-notch support every step of the way. Our multi-lingual support team is always available to assist you.  No daily maintenance is required with SynMed® systems, and ongoing preventative maintenance is performed on-site by Synergy Medical trained personnel on a quarterly basis. 

 

Service requirements are diagnosed remotely through a permission-based VPN connection, and 95% of service requirements are accomplished remotely. In the event we need to dispatch a technician, the goal is to have our locally based service representative on-site within 4 hours of dispatch. 

 

Synergy Medical Service Agreement

The Synergy Medical Service Agreement includes:

  1. Four (4) on-site preventive maintenance visits per year
  2. 24/7 Technical support over the phone or via remote connection during Pharmacy working hours
  3. Software maintenance, support, and updates
  4. Emergency and service calls during Pharmacy working hours
  5. All parts and labor required for maintenance and repair
  6. Maintenance record of all service and work performed
