The SynMed team provides live customer service by phone and email 24/7.

No daily maintenance is required with SynMed systems, and ongoing preventative maintenance is performed on-site by SynMed trained personnel.

Service requirements are diagnosed remotely through a permission-based VPN connection, and the vast majority of service issues are resolved remotely. In the event we need to dispatch a technician, we dispatch our locally based service representative.

SynMed has an experienced team of technicians and also works with trusted service partners to ensure fast and consistent on-site support across the continent. 

What does the Synergie Médicale Guarantee & Synergie Médicale Service Contract include?

The Synergy Medical Service Agreement includes:

  1. Technical assistance by telephone or remote connection
  2. Emergency and service calls during Pharmacy working hours
  3. On-site preventive maintenance visits
  4. All parts and labour required for maintenance and repair
  5. Software maintenance, support, and updates
  6. Maintenance record of all services and work performed
