Talent Acquisiton & Human Resources Coordinator
Description

Participate in the success and growth of an innovative company and be part of a friendly team! The Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Coordinator will have as a main responsibility to carry out the complete recruitment cycle. Different responsibilities related to human resources management will be added based on priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in kick-off meetings for differents recruitment mandates;
  • Effectively and creatively assume all stages of recruitment (job posting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding);
  • Draft employment contracts, create files and update them;
  • Coordinate and carry out the onboarding of new employees;
  • Actively participate in various attraction and retention initiatives;
  • Manage the peer recognition platform;
  • Coordinate the performance management process;
  • Follow up on training and record costs;
  • Participate in the health and safety committee;
  • Actively participate in organizational development projects;
  • Perform any other interesting tasks!
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or labor relations;
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (internships are considered);
  • Bilingualism, an asset;
  • Skills sought: creativity, proactivity, resourcefulness, ability to manage several files at the same time and an entrepreneurial spirit!
