Implementation Specialist
Description

The Implementation Specialist will be called upon to work closely with our customers, account managers, installers and trainers during the implementation and training phases of our robotic automation systems. Under the responsibility of the Director, Customer Experience, this person will have the following responsibilities, without limitation:

Responsibilities
  • Collect and understand the requirements/requirements of a client for an implementation;
  • Develop new tools to facilitate the implementation of a client with specific needs;
  • Build an installer according to the specific needs of a client with the tools already developed;
  • Establish, maintain good relations and serve as an expert in the field between the various teams of Synergy Medical, IT suppliers and our customers (in connection with implementation / modification of interface, and others);
  • Lead the activities and actions required for the management of drug lists and/or databases;
  • Lead the execution of updating drug databases, calibration attributes and photos;
  • Lead and follow up on development projects with external programming firms and ensure that the development meets the client's needs;
  • Master the different functionalities of the applications we offer and their parameters;
  • Support the internal departments involved during installation and training;
  • Communicate with customers to solve problems related to the implementation, develop technical documents to propose alternative solutions, document the implementation and define the tests to be performed;
  • Perform any other related task.
Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server databases;
  • Experience in integration/interface programming;
  • Degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent experience;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills;
  • Project management skills;
  • Must be a team player;
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
