Join the Synergy Medical accounting team! In this position of Financial Analyst reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for preparing the forecasts, the budget and carrying out rigorous follow-ups in addition to performing various analyses. In addition, you will have the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

Responsibilities
  • Perform the process of forecasting financial results.
  • Prepare the annual budget and follow-up on a monthly basis.
  • Analyze, interpret and explain budget variances and ensure follow-up.
  • Evaluate financial results based on budgets and determined performance indicators.
  • Perform productivity analyzes by comparing the results of unit costs and put in place an action plan to improve results.
  • Ensure updates and follow-ups according to the directives of the organization.
  • Develop and implement financial and productivity analysis tools.
  • Define performance indicators.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA title is an asset.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems.
