Description

Support customers until all requested features are in place and functional and the customer is satisfied.

Responsibilities
  • Perform and / or coordinate all required pre-implementation activities aimed at ensuring a successful implantation.
  • Ensure that the implementation plan complies with the commitments communicated to the customer and that the required solutions are found and / or that the necessary measures are taken to ensure its satisfaction.
  • Liaise between customers and the various departments of the organization to meet customer needs and foster a customer approach in all areas of the organization.
  • Support existing clients who require more specialized interventions (new interface, new mode of production, large plants, large pharmacy chains, more complex customers), by identifying their needs and challenges, by proposing effective solutions adapted to the specificities of each and by carrying out regular and rigorous follow-ups.
  • Act as a reference person to trainers and answer post-training questions, capture their suggestions to improve the customer experience.
  • Maximize the analysis and intervention with the client before involving internal teams.
  • Develop tools/procedures/ ways of doing things that promote efficient and safe use of SynMed® technology.
  • Evaluate the level of satisfaction and performance of SynMed® users and inform their manager, identifying the actions taken and the improvements to be made.
  • Share development requests deemed beneficial/necessary to the internal team concerned and participate in the evaluation and prioritization of software-related developments.
  • Perform various related tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or any other relevant field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in account management or relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Pharmacy experience is an important asset.
  • Experience in project management is an important asset.
  • Strong sense of organization, customer-oriented, results-oriented, resourceful.
  • Ability to work in a growing environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Availability to travel, on an occasional basis.
